The Logistic Administrator opportunity:

• Liaise with the warehouse, sales, finance teams and the client.
• Stock management of electrical components.
• Prepare invoices and project documents.
• Arrange delivery of equipment between the warehouse and client’s sites.
• Provide logistic assistance to the sales team (logistic planning, estimated cost, monitoring logistic costs).
• Liaise with suppliers.
• Follow up on the client and supplier invoices.
• Assist and support the technical team as needed.

The successful Logistic Administrator will possess:

• Experience in working within an Engineering function would be an advantage.
