Due to their continued expansion, we have an opportunity for a Senior CHP Team Leader to carry out an exciting, varied and key position for my client! This woulde be a great opportunity for a Senior Engineer to take the first step in to management a or current CHP Team Leader seeking a new challange.

This is an key role, offering a variety of exciting challenges within the business including:

Being responsible for leading a small team of CHP Field Service Engineers.
You will ensure that all engine service and maintenance actives are carried out to ensure upmost client satisfaction and outstanding customer service at all times.
You will work with the Service Engineers to ensure their training and appraisal are carried out, as well as assist with some exciting new business requirements.

The successful candidate will own demonstrable experience servicing and maintaining either diesel generators or gas CHP sets within this sector and be able to thrive in varied and challenging position. Knowledge of industrial gas engines used within power supply and power generation, such as Jenbacher, MAN, MTU, Deutz, Cummins, CAT would be a distinct advantage. Knowledge of wiring fault finding, LV electrics, and component replacement would be a distinct advantage, as would knowledge of gas engine control panels.

Ideally, you be qualified at Apprenticeship, BTECH, NVQ or City & Guilds level in an Engineering discipline.
