My client is an expanding Power Generation company who, due to their planned growth have a newly created requirement for a General Manager to look after the day to day running of the business.

Due to the technical nature of my clients product, the successful General Manager will need to be from an engineering background in either a sales or technical capacity with a power generation bias.

This will include:

Supporting the team of Sales Engineers and Design Engineers.
Project Management of new orders from design, to manufacture and installation.
Overseeing the build or repair of engine products and associated auxiliary equipment.
General management of the workload of the team for on site installations.
Tendering for new projects and preparing sales documentation.
Invoicing and reconciliation.
Liaising with customers throughout the design, build and installation for their product.
Assisting with technical queries and problem resolution.
General management and development of Engineers and Technicians.
