Would you like to join an organization that is well known for successfully supporting the development of renewable power generation sites and the ongoing performance of clean energy?

The Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineer is a field-based opportunity across the Central Belt of Scotland, with occasional occasional travel to the North of England.

This opportunity will enable you to focus on the Electrical, Control & Instrumentation maintenance of reciprocating engines and associated plant equipment.

As an electrically biased Engineer, your efforts will be directed on the fault finding and successful repair of EC&I components such as thermocouples, relays, pumps, motors and engine control systems, while assisting the mechanical engineers with some light hands-on maintenance.

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following qualifications and experience:

18th Edition, BS 7671
HNC / HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
Electrical maintenance of engines and auxiliary equipment
HV Authorised Person (AP) status
Prior HV experience would be a distinct advantage, however, our client will provide HV training to the successful EC&I Engineer.

The Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineer package:

£35,000 – £45,000 (Nego DOE)
