Harriet has spent over 20 years recruiting across power generation, critical power and energy infrastructure.
Her approach is built on technical understanding, commercial judgement and a clear grasp of what makes people successful in specialist, high-pressure roles.
She works closely with clients to define the brief, challenge assumptions where needed and deliver candidates who can make a measurable difference to the business.
Talent Delivery Partner
Kellie brings more than a decade of international talent intelligence, market mapping and candidate delivery experience. Supported by an earlier commercial career across power infrastructure and renewable energy.
Since 2014, she has supported global executive search assignments, identifying and evaluating senior commercial and technical talent across Energy, Power Generation, Critical Power, BESS and UPS.
Her commercial experience includes business development, sales and tendering across high voltage power infrastructure, solar PV and wind energy, working with major UK transmission and utility customers on complex, long-term infrastructure projects.
Talent & Operations Specialist
Ariana keeps each assignment organised and moving forward, coordinating interviews, candidate communications, feedback, onboarding and client follow-up.
Working closely with Harriet and the Renew team, she ensures actions are followed through, information is captured and clients and candidates remain supported.
Marketing Associate
Samara supports Renew Consultancy’s marketing activity, helping to build an online presence that reflects our values, sector expertise, and results-driven approach. From campaign planning to social media content, she ensures our message reaches the right people in the right way with clarity, creativity, and consistency.
Samara brings a calm, strategic mindset to fast-moving businesses. Her experience spans content strategy, social execution, and systems thinking, giving us the kind of support that lightens the load without adding to it.
Talent Partner
Josh partners with energy sector investors and their portfolio companies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier professionals. With a special passion for energy storage, fast-response systems, micro-grids, decentralised energy, and behind-the-meter generation, he brings targeted expertise to complex hiring landscapes.
He understands the frustrations of poor candidate quality, prolonged hiring timelines, and turnover caused by mis-hires—and delivers a more structured, thorough approach to address them effectively.
Executive Assistant
Tiffany supports Harriet and the wider team with executive assistance, coordination and follow-through. She manages diary and inbox activity, meeting preparation, documentation, and client and candidate communication.
She also supports CRM administration, candidate packs, reports, SOPs and workflow improvement, helping the business stay organised and efficient.
Operations & Marketing Manager
Vee supports the day-to-day running of Renew Consultancy, working closely with Harriet to keep the business operating smoothly behind the scenes.
With a background in helping recruitment founders scale through systems, structure, and strategy, she ensures everything from project delivery to client experience runs with clarity and consistency.
Known for her sharp eye for detail and calm approach, Vee brings expertise in operational planning, marketing infrastructure, and service delivery.
